目的:探讨宫腔纱条填塞在剖宫产术中大出血时的止血效果。方法:对51例剖宫产术中大出血患者经用宫缩剂,手法按摩子宫,可吸收线“8”字缝合出血点无效,出血量≥500mL者,用宫腔纱条填塞术止血,观察止血效果。结果:49例止血效果满意,有效率96.08%。结论:宫腔纱条填塞术是治疗剖宫产术中出血的有效方法,方法简单,止血速度快,效果明显,保留了子宫。
Objective: To investigate the hemostatic effect of uterine gauze packing in the case of massive bleeding during cesarean section.
