报告对30例穿壁性 AMI 患者行冠脉造影,于超声心动图上观察到:收缩期室间隔偏移减弱或低平,诊断出 LAD 近端损害的 AMI 敏感性为86%,特异性为100%;PW/IVS 的敏感性和特异性均为93%。提示:此二项指标结合,对于诊断 LAD 近端损害的 AMI 具有重要的临床意义。
