对杭州市老年大学172名60岁以上的学员进行了甲襞微循环观察,观察结果均采用田牛氏的加权积分法进行计分评定,并以同期检查的81名60岁以下的非老年健康人作对照。甲襞微循环的加权积分值包括形态积分、流态积分、袢周状态积分和总积分值四项,均随着年龄的增加而增加,二者之间呈正相关性,相关系数依次为0.68、0.89、0.60和0.93。流态积分值受增龄因素的影响最大,三个年龄组之间的差异均非常显著(P<0.01),常见老年病对于甲襞微循环的影响,主要表现在流态积分值和总积分值二项指标上(P<0.01)。常见老年病对甲襞微循环的影响程度因病种不同而异,其中以循环系统疾病的影响最显著。
A total of 172 Aged microcirculation were observed in 172 elders over 60 years old in Hangzhou University of Aged. The results were scored by using the weighted integral method of Tian Niu and scored by 81 non-elder healthy people under the age of 60 As a control.
