以往在物理学中,是用瑞利判据来评价光学系统的像质,但这种方法有许多局限性.而光学传递函数(OTF)对像质的评价是用频谱之比,故能正确测定实际光学系统的像质.本文提出了用OTF对光学系统的像质进行评价的各种方法,它将有利于全面正确地掌握光学系统的性能,这对于新产品的试制或对光学系统性能要作出全面评价而需要进行多方面测量时,更为必要.另外,文中还对瑞利判据和OTF这两种评价像质的方法进行了分析比较,说明后者的优点十分明显,因而具有广泛的应用前景.
Previously in physics, Rayleigh criterion was used to evaluate the quality of the optical system, but this method has many limitations. The optical transfer function (OTF) on the quality evaluation is the ratio of the spectrum, it can accurately measure the actual optical system image quality. In this paper, various methods for evaluating the image quality of an optical system by OTF are put forward, which will be helpful for the comprehensive and correct understanding of the performance of the optical system. This method requires more tests on the trial production of new products or on the optical system performance Aspects of measurement, more necessary. In addition, the paper also analyzes and compares Rayleigh criterion and OTF, two methods of evaluating image quality, which shows that the latter has the obvious advantages and has wide application prospect.
