目的:探讨应用GC幻彩纳米树脂对青少年前牙缺损的美容修复效果。方法:对青少年前牙外伤所致牙体缺损76例使用GC幻彩纳米树脂进行牙体美容修复,于修复后1~2年复查,进行临床评价。结果:1年成功率95.77%,2年成功率92.45%,两组成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。GC幻彩纳米树脂充填材料脱落率较低,染色情况少见。结论:GC幻彩纳米树脂修复恒前牙缺损美观,对牙髓刺激小,操作简单,是美容修复青少年前牙的理想材料。
Objective: To explore the application of GC Symphony nano-resin on the cosmetic restoration of adolescent anterior teeth defects. Methods: 76 cases of tooth defects caused by traumatic injuries of adolescent anterior teeth were treated with GC Sycamores nanocapsules for cosmetic restoration of the teeth, and were reviewed one to two years after the repair. The clinical evaluation was performed. Results: The success rate of one year was 95.77% and the success rate of two years was 92.45%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). GC Symphony nano resin filling material shedding rate is low, rare cases of staining. CONCLUSION: GC Symphony nanomedicine is an ideal material for cosmetic restoration of adolescent anterior teeth.
