近年来,许多同志在研究如何处理好社会效益与企业效益之间的关系,我从邮电报刊和有关文章中,摘录归纳几条,供大家参考: (一)对社会效益有利,对企业效益也有利,这些业务要大办、办好。 (二)对社会效益有利,但企业效益不太大,这种业务要积极开发,努力办好。 (三)在不降低通信有效水平的前提下,要合理组织人力、物力,降低劳动消耗和物质消耗。
