对两间或三间通的办公楼的小会议室,通常采用单梁上部为预制预应力空心板。如果按施工规范要求混凝土强度达到70%才能拆除侧模板,然后扣上预制空心板。这样正常施工至少一个星期才能进行上部结构施工。而我们采用硬架支模新工艺时,即在混凝土梁浇筑完12h之内(水泥终凝前)就可扣上空心板,然后可进行上部工程施工,时间上至少提前一个星期。硬架支模工艺,在普通模板的基础上稍加改进即可(图1)。主要进行:①加厚侧模板30mm。②增加侧模顶部的木方(40mm×60mm)。③加密立柱要计算全部施工荷载。
For small meeting rooms of two or three-pass office buildings, prefabricated prestressed hollow slabs are usually used on the upper part of single beams. If the concrete strength is up to 70% according to the construction specification, the side formwork can be dismantled, and then the prefabricated hollow plate is fastened. In this way, superstructure construction can only be performed at least one week after normal construction. When we adopt the new technology of hard frame and mold, we can buckle the hollow slab within 12 hours after the concrete beam is poured (before the final setting of the cement), and then we can carry out the upper engineering construction, at least one week in advance. Hard frame mold process, based on the general template can be slightly improved (Figure 1). Mainly carry out: 1 thicken side template 30mm. 2 Increase the square (40mm x 60mm) at the top of the side mold. 3 The encryption column calculates all the construction loads.
