所谓邮政资费是指邮政部门专业产品交换价值的货币表现,或者叫邮政部门专业产品价格。科学地制定和调整邮政资费是邮政经济发展的客观要求。这一要求的主要内容是;<1>社会主义商品经济条件下基本经济规律和价值规律的要求;<2>市场供求规律和竞争规律的要求;<3>邮政部门特有经济规律的要求;<4>当前我国邮政经济发展状况的要求。这些要求都要集中反映到邮政资费上来。
The so-called postal tariff refers to the monetary performance of the exchange value of professional products in the postal sector, or the price of specialized postal products. Scientifically formulating and adjusting the postal tariffs is an objective requirement of postal economic development. The main content of this requirement is: <1> the requirements of the basic economic laws and values under the socialist commodity economy; <2> the market supply and demand and competition laws; <3> the requirements of the special economic rules of the postal sector; 4> China’s current postal economic development requirements. These requirements should be concentrated reflected in the postal charges up.
