目的:为了评价我省食品污染物网络实验室检测面粉中铝含量的能力。方法:采用稳健(Robust)统计技术处理,以“Z比分数”对面粉中铝的检测结果进行分析。|Z|≤2表明实验室检测结果满意;2<|Z|<3表明实验室检测结果有问题;|Z|≥3表明实验室检测结果不满意。结果:此次质控样品发放到省辖地级市和相关的县级疾控中心37家实验室,全部按时上报了实验结果。满意的实验室有35家,占94.6%;结果有问题的有2家,占5.4%;未出现不满意结果。结论:在面粉中铝的检测能力方面,参加质控的实验室总体上处于满意的状态,仅2家实验室能力有待进一步提高。
Objective: In order to evaluate the ability of our province food contaminants network laboratory to test the aluminum content in flour. Methods: Robust statistical techniques were used to analyze the detection results of aluminum in flour with “Z score”. | Z | ≤2 indicates that the laboratory test results are satisfactory; 2 <| Z | <3 indicates that there is a problem with laboratory test results; | Z | ≥3 indicates that the laboratory test results are unsatisfactory. Results: The quality control samples were distributed to 37 prefectural-level cities and related county-level CDC laboratories, all reporting the results on time. There are 35 satisfied laboratories, accounting for 94.6%; there are two problems with the results, accounting for 5.4%; no unsatisfactory results. CONCLUSIONS: As for the testing ability of aluminum in flour, the laboratories participating in quality control are generally in a satisfactory state. Only two laboratories need to further improve their abilities.
