2003年,整个市桥街头巷尾都在热聊两个话题:一个是神州五号,另一个是鸿禧华庭。鸿禧华庭一期住宅推出一个月内就被抢购一空,期间在没有示范单位和园林实景的情况下,于去年的三个月内全部售磬,创造了市桥楼市的奇迹。升级版2期住宅尚未推出就已倍受市场关注。8月8日公开发售,首批推出一百多套住宅单位基本售磬,销售率已超过7成。
