目的评价平价产房临床路径实施效果,为产妇选择最佳的医疗管理模式。方法将2008年9月-2009年3月在我院产科进行分娩的127例产妇随机分为两组,一组采用临床路径(CP),另一组继续采用传统的诊疗方法。比较两组间的住院天数、平均住院费用、顾客满意度。结果实施临床路径后,产妇的住院天数明显缩短,平均住院费用下降,顾客满意度明显提高,两组比较皆有统计学意义。结论实施平价产房临床路径后,有效控制了产妇分娩的医疗费用,减轻了群众住院负担。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of parity delivery room and to choose the best medical management mode for the mothers. Methods Seventy-two pregnant women with obstetric delivery in our hospital from September 2008 to March 2009 were randomly divided into two groups. One group adopted the clinical pathway (CP) and the other group continued to use the traditional treatment methods. The length of hospital stay, average hospitalization costs, and customer satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the implementation of the clinical pathway, maternal hospitalization days were significantly shortened, the average hospital costs decreased, customer satisfaction was significantly improved, the two groups were statistically significant. Conclusion The implementation of affordable parity room maternal clinical pathway, the effective control of maternal labor costs, reduce the burden of hospitalization.
