氟呱酸是化学合成的喹诺酮类第三代广谱抗菌剂,抗菌谱广、抗菌作用强,与其它抗菌剂无交叉耐药性,口服吸收迅速,体内分布广,口服急性毒性低,副作用少为其主要特点。本品自1978年在日本问世后首先对上呼吸道,泌尿道感染疾病均治疗收到显著临床效果,目前在临床其它各科的应用范围日益扩大,如用于急性菌痢,淋病,伤寒,恶性症疾等疾病的治疗也都得到了满意的疗效。是目前临床应用效果较好的抗菌药物之一,迄今为止尚未见由本品的毒副反应而引起死亡的病例报告,但是随着广泛的临床应用本品对造血系统,骨或软骨的毒性等不良反应的报道日渐增多。本文就其近年来的临床用情况及其不良反应作一简要阐述。
