近年来,旅客外出旅游偏爱充满特色的景区,如充满地方特色的镇或者景点,从九寨沟景区每年的旅游量就可窥一斑而知全豹。在川西平原形成了一种叫做“林盘”的居住方式,而青杠树村也充分尊重和发扬的这一极具地域特色的传统居住形态,力在打造一个生态田园式的集美食、民宿为一体的休闲娱乐场所。本论文是为青杠树村景区的商业策划所做的预案,具体在如何使村落的景区转变成游客喜爱景点中的策划,让青杠树村景点可以物尽其用,让投资商感到物有所值,从而使得青杠树村景点投资发展成为川西的特色景区。
