收集上海农药厂敌百虫包装工人20年的健康监护资料,以工人血液胆碱酯酶活力值及症状体征积分值为指标,用计算机进行统计分析。结果表明,通过工艺改革和长期劳动卫生监督监测及健康监护,改善了包装工人作业环境,减少了空气污染及皮肤吸收;定期体检,及时发现有机磷中毒的观察对象和患者,使敌百虫包装工中毒率显著降低,由70年代初的25.26%,降至70年代后期的5.17%,直至1980~1989年的1.85%,成效显著,解决了敌百虫中毒这一老大难问题。
Twenty-year health surveillance data of trichlorfon-packed workers at the Shanghai Pesticide Factory was collected. The value of cholinesterase activity in the blood and the scores of symptoms and signs were used as indicators, and statistical analysis was performed using a computer.
