本文介绍了两种用肺阻抗血流图测定肺血管反应性的方法,吸低浓度氧法比屏气法较灵敏可靠。吸入低浓度氧所引起肺血流图波幅的变化(dH)与肺血管阻力变化(dPVR)及肺动脉平均压变化(d)(?)_(PA))之间的关系为:dPVR=10.17-1.25dH d(?)_(PA)=4.90—0.94dH.建议按吸入10%氧气5分钟时H的变化,区分肺血管反应性为强反应、弱反应与无反应者。
This article describes two methods of determining pulmonary vascular reactivity using the pulmonary impedance blood flow diagram. Low concentration oxygen is more sensitive and reliable than the breath holding method. The relationship between changes of pulmonary blood flow amplitude (dH) and changes of pulmonary vascular resistance (dPVR) and pulmonary arterial pressure (d) (?) _ (PA) caused by inhaled low concentration of oxygen was: dPVR = 10.17- 1.25dH d (?) _ (PA) = 4.90-0.94dH. It is recommended that inhaled 10% oxygen for 5 minutes H changes, to distinguish between pulmonary vascular reactivity as a strong reaction, weak reaction with no response.
