N·N′-二(2-羟基-5-磺酸基苯)-C-氰(月朁)(简称DSPCF)已应用于铌、镓、锆、锗、钇、钪NO_2~-和NO_3~-和NO_3~-的测定,应用于铜的测定也有提及。本文研究了在pH3.0~5.0之间,铜与DSPCF形成蓝紫色络合物,其最大吸收波长为590nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε_(590)=2.8×10~4,络合物组成比Cu:DSPCF=1:2。试验部分一试剂与仪器铜标准溶液:1mg ml~(-1),称取0.1000g纯铜,溶于10ml混合酸(HNO_3+H_2SO_4=1+1)中,加热至冒烟。冷却,少量水稀释,用氢氧化钠溶液(5%)中和至近中性,移入100ml量瓶中,稀释至刻度。临用时稀释成10μg ml~(-1)。 DSPCF溶液:0.05%,称取0.25g DSPCF溶于
