仁者必敬人。舒尔茨和约瑟夫是美国纽约的两个生意人,他们平时经营着自己的小公司,有空的时候也会拿出一些积蓄,做小规模的投资。2013年5月的一天,他们在报纸上看到了一则非常不起眼的广告——郊区有一幢非常古老的别墅以30万美元的价格出售。舒尔茨和约瑟夫商量,觉得将别墅买下来修缮一下再转手卖出去,至少可以赚到20万美元。于是,他们各自拿出一半的钱,共同买下了那幢别墅。
Benevolent people must respect people. Schultz and Joseph are two businessmen in New York City. They usually run their own small businesses. When they have time, Schultz and Joseph will make some savings and make small-scale investments. One day in May 2013, they saw a very humble advertisement in the newspaper - a very old villa in the suburbs was sold for 300,000 U.S. dollars. Schultz and Joseph discuss, think the villa to buy it to repair and then sell it, at least you can earn 200,000 US dollars. So, they each took out half of the money, bought the villa together.
