去年九月党的十二届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于社会主义精神文明建设指导方针的决议》是建国以来第一个指导我国精神文明建设健康发展的纲领性文献。它对于推动我国两个文明建设,促进全面改革和对外开放,建设具有中国特色的社会主义,有重大的现实意义,必将产生深远的影响。一九八七年,摆在我们广大档案工作者面前的等头重要的任务,就是认真学习,深刻领会《决议》的基本现点和精神实质,提高认识,统一思想,进而弄清楚档案工作在精神文明建设中的地位和作用,明确我们的职责和任务,总结档案工作的历史经验,改进档案工作,为两个文明建设作出新的贡献。精神文明建设,包括思想、道德建设和教育、科学、文化建设两个方面,渗透在整个物质文明建
