电子商务为传统商务提供了新思路,让传统商务通过互联网找到了未来发展的商机。在新疆和田地区发展电子商务可以促进地区经济发展、产业结构升级、增强产业竞争力。但目前该地区电商人才严重缺乏。就人才聚集方式分析,一种是人才引进,另一种是本土化培养。鉴于引进人才流失性大,因此本土化培养成为重要环节。这一环节要通过职业教育实施,以此为企业输送人才,引领和田地区电子商务的兴起,促进电子商务产业发展,推进电子商务精准扶贫工作的开展。
E-commerce provides new ideas for traditional business, so that traditional business through the Internet to find the future business opportunities. The development of e-commerce in Hetian, Xinjiang can promote regional economic development, upgrade industrial structure and enhance industrial competitiveness. However, there is a serious shortage of e-commerce professionals in the region. Talent gathering on the way analysis, one is the introduction of talent, the other is the localization of training. In view of the large loss of imported talents, localization training has become an important link. This link should be implemented through vocational education, in order to transport talents for the enterprise, lead the rise of electronic commerce in Hetian area, promote the development of electronic commerce industry and promote the precise poverty alleviation work of electronic commerce.
