目的:分析豫西产3种柴胡中挥发油的主要化学成分,以从中找出鉴别特征。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从3种柴胡中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对其化学成分进行分析。并且用面积归一化法计算含量。结果:共分离97个化合物,鉴定了其中63个组分。结论:为柴胡药材的进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main chemical constituents of the volatile oil from three kinds of Bupleurum in West Henan to identify the distinguishing features. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted from three kinds of Bupleurum by steam distillation. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. And area normalization method to calculate the content. RESULTS: A total of 97 compounds were isolated and 63 of them were identified. Conclusion: This study provides a scientific basis for the further development of Bupleurum medicinal materials.
