目的:探讨酸枣仁汤(SZRT)对焦虑大鼠血浆神经肽Y的影响。方法:(1)将24只SD大鼠按体重随机分为三组,每组8只,采用空瓶刺激法对后两组制造焦虑模型。(2)造模后对其中一组(SZRT组)给予药物干预。(3)放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测大鼠血浆神经肽Y浓度结果:(1)比较造模组与空白对照组空瓶应激行为学结果发现,造模组的攻击行为和探究行为得分均高于空白对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。(2)空白对照组、焦虑对照组及SZRT组大鼠血浆NPY浓度分别为:5.98±2.98(ng/ml)、17.7±11.1(ng/ml)、5.93±3.53(ng/ml),三组组间比较发现SZRT组与空白对照组明显低于焦虑对照组(P=0.003),SZRT组和焦虑模型组之间差异显著(P<0.05),而SZRT组与空白对照组则无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:酸枣仁汤能明显降低焦虑模型大鼠血浆神经肽Y水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Suanzaoren Decoction (SZRT) on plasma neuropeptide Y in anxious rats. Methods: (1) Twenty-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups according to body weight, with 8 rats in each group. An empty bottle stimulation method was used to make the anxiety model in the latter two groups. (2) One group (SZRT group) were given drug intervention after modeling. (3) Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect plasma neuropeptide Y concentrations in rats. Results: (1) The results of stress behavioral results of empty bottles in model group and blank control group showed that attacking behavior and exploratory behavior score All higher than the blank control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). (2) Plasma concentrations of NPY in blank control group, anxiety control group and SZRT group were 5.98 ± 2.98 (ng / ml), 17.7 ± 11.1 (ng / ml) and 5.93 ± 3.53 (ng / ml) There was significant difference between the SZRT group and the blank control group (P = 0.003), SZRT group and the anxiety model group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the SZRT group and the blank control group (P < P> 0.05). Conclusion: Suanzaoren Decoction can significantly reduce the level of plasma neuropeptide Y in anxiety model rats.
