所谓教学艺术就是教师在教学过程中针对具体的教学内容和教学对象,灵活而恰好地使用富有创造性方式方法,并由此而产生最佳教学效果。在日常工作中,有些教师对教学内容有足够的重视,而对教学对象的研究即有所忽视,这恰恰又是教学艺术中首要考虑的中心课题。为此,本人仅对成人的学习心理特征和教师在成人课堂中应注意的问题浅谈如下。成人的学习心理特征主要表现在如下几个方面:成人在课堂中常常对某些问题的想法不表露于外,个人的见解
The so-called teaching art is the teacher in the teaching process for specific teaching content and teaching objects, flexible and just use creative ways and means, and thus produce the best teaching results. In daily work, some teachers pay enough attention to the content of teaching while neglecting the study of teaching objects, which is precisely the primary topic in teaching art. To this end, I only adult psychological characteristics of learning and teachers in adult classroom should pay attention to the following questions. Adult learning psychology features mainly in the following aspects: adults in the classroom often do not show the idea of certain issues, personal opinion
