转型期农村工作系列调查作为农业大国的中国,农村工作开展得如何直接关系到国家经济发展的大局和社会稳定,因此,继承我党优良传统,重新开展农村工作调查,实事求是地反映情况、研究问题意义非常。我刊从本期开始将陆续刊载何正、叶文智共同采写的《转型期农村工作系列调查》,该调查分上、中、下三篇,分别为《上篇:欲说“乡官”好困惑》、《中篇:欲采苹花不自由》及《下篇:欲钓鱼者先通水》,从不同的角度展示农村问题,敬请关注。
