一、概述沂沭泗流域1990年8月发生了自1974年以来十六年中的最大洪水,沭河大官庄站分别于8月5日20时出现洪峰流量982立方米/秒,8月17日4时30分出现洪峰流量2960立方米/秒.如果不是经过上游水库拦蓄,第二次洪水洪峰流量经还原计算可达4500立方米/秒.当时的洪水预报结果:预见期都在12小时左右,分别为8月5日20时出现洪峰流量1300立方米/秒,8月17日4时出现洪峰流量3000立方米/秒;经比较可见,第二次预报洪峰流量及峰现时间与实际情况都比较接近.由于预报及时准确,为领导作出洪水东调正确决策提供了科学依据,减轻了老沭河和新沂河
