肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统对血压调节与高血压形成都有重要影响。巯甲丙脯酸(captopril),是口服有效的血管紧张素I(ATI)转换酶抑制剂。本文报告系选自我院内科住院病人41例,血压在230~150/150~100mmHg的患者使用此药进行疗效观察。本组病例中。男18人,女23人,年龄27~69岁,(平均年龄50.1岁)。均诊断为高血压病Ⅱ~Ⅲ期。除个别病例外,均接受过利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂和复方降压片等治疗,效果不满意而改服此药。治疗前及治疗过程中均做血尿便常规检查,肝肾功能检查、血清钾、钠、氯及心脏X光片、心电图及超声心动图检查,每日测量血压1~2次。治疗前停用其它降压药,开始剂量12.5mg,每日三次,连
