党的十八大提出全面推进依法治国,加快建设社会主义法治国家。依法治教是依法治国的重要组成部分,是教育改革与发展的必然要求。推进依法治教进程,依法规范教育行政行为,依法管理学校教学行为,依法维护自身合法权益,依法查处违法犯罪行为,均要求我们加强教育法律法规学习和运用。为此,我刊特别精编发生在教育系统的身边事,邀请梁永良副处长以专业的视角“拍案说法”释疑解惑。套用老梁的话说:“以期大家共同理解好‘死’的法律条文,以便今后自觉地用‘活’教育法律法规。”
