上海市教委与上海市劳动和社会保障局根据高等学校改革的目标要求和上海市经济社会发展的现状,决定在上海高校中进行《高校秘书类职业资格证书》鉴定考试。经过一年多的筹备,首次鉴定考试于2003年1月20日至23日在上海大学高等技术学院举行。全市251名在校大学生参加了鉴定考试。这次考试得到了有关高校和部门领导的重视,在高校师生中引起了很大的反响,普遍认为这是高校教学改革和社会经济发展需求相结合的一项新举措,对高校秘书及相关专业教学必将起到积极的导向作用。
Shanghai Education Commission and Shanghai Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau decided in accordance with the requirements of higher education reform and the status quo of Shanghai’s economic and social development in Shanghai’s universities to carry out the “college secretary qualification certificate” appraisal. After more than a year of preparation, the first examination for the appraisal was held at the Shanghai Institute of Higher Technology from January 20 to January 23, 2003. The city’s 251 college students participated in the appraisal exam. This exam has received the attention of universities and departmental leaders, which has aroused great repercussions among teachers and students in colleges and universities.
