以调放结合为主要内容的十年价格改革,总体上突破了原有的单一、僵化的价格体制,建立了以“双轨制”为基本特征的价格体制。但是,随着经济体制改革的深化和建立商品经济新秩序的要求,价格改革还必须从根本上重构价格机制,即实现价格形成机制的企业主体化、价格组织机制的市场一体化、价格调控机制的国家间接化,才能使有计划的商品经济得到真正的现实确立。
