研究地龙提取物对大鼠胎仔的生长促进作用。方法 :利用被动吸烟的方法建立大鼠IUGR模型 ,喂食地龙提取物 ,观察其对胎仔生长、发育的促进作用。结果 :地龙提取物治疗组胎仔的平均体重、身长和尾长显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;地龙提取物治疗组IUGR的发生率显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :地龙提取物含有纤溶活性较强的纤溶酶成分 ,对IUGR胎仔的生长、发育有显著的促进作用。
Study on the effect of earthworm extract on the growth of fetal rat. Methods: IUGR rat model was established by passive smoking, and ground lozenges were fed to observe its effects on the growth and development of fetus. Results: The average body weight, body length and tail length were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). The incidence of IUGR was significantly lower in the Dilong extract group than in the control group (P <0 0) 1). Conclusion: The extract of earthworm contains fibrinolytic enzyme with strong fibrinolytic activity, which can significantly promote the growth and development of IUGR fetus.
