了解层粘连蛋白 (laminin ,LN)和层粘连蛋白受体 (laminin -re ceptor ,LN -R)在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜增殖症、子宫内膜癌中的分布规律 ,探讨内源性LN与LN -R表达间的关系。方法 :用LSAB免疫组化法 ,检测 16例正常子宫内膜、12例子宫内膜增殖症、2 7例子宫内膜癌组织中LN和LN -R的表达。结果 :LN在腺上皮基底膜 (EBM)、腺上皮细胞 /腺癌细胞 (EC)、间质细胞 (SC)中均有表达 ,LN -R仅在EC中有表达。 3组内膜组织间EBM表达构成比、EC及SC内LN表达率及EC内LN -R表达率比较差异均有显著性 (P均 <0 0 1)。 3种内膜LN -R与EC及SC内LN表达明显相关 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5)。LN、LN -R表达与子宫内膜病理分级、手术病理分期、绝经状态、雌激素受体有关。结论 :LN及LN -R表达与子宫内膜癌发生、预后有关 ;LN和LN -R的表达间存在内源性的相互调节关系。
To investigate the distribution of laminin (LN) and laminin -re ceptor (LN-R) in normal endometrium, endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between endogenous The relationship between LN and LN -R expression. Methods: The expression of LN and LN - R in 16 cases of normal endometrium, 12 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 27 cases of endometrial carcinoma were detected by LSAB immunohistochemistry. Results: LN was expressed in the epithelial basement membrane (EBM), glandular epithelial cells / adenocarcinoma cells (EC) and stromal cells (SC), while LN -R was only expressed in EC. There were significant differences in the expression of EBM among 3 groups (P <0.01), the expression of LN in EC and SC, and the expression of LN in EC. The expressions of LN-R in EC and SC were significantly correlated with LN-R (P <0.01, P <0.05). LN, LN -R expression and endometrial pathological grading, surgical pathology staging, menopausal status, estrogen receptor. CONCLUSION: The expressions of LN and LN-R are correlated with the occurrence and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. There is an endogenous regulation of the expression of LN and LN-R.
