对４７例早期胃癌（尤其是小胃癌、微小胃癌）的形态与病理组织学类型之间的关系做了初步研究。其中，小胃癌和微小胃癌各９例（１９％），Ⅰ及ⅡＡ型９例（１９％），ⅡＢ型８例（１７％），ⅡＣ型１８例（３８．３％），Ⅲ型（潜凹型）８例。本组早期胃癌中，浸润粘膜下层者９例，其中ⅡＣ型６例，Ⅲ型３例，以低分化腺癌及粘液腺癌为主（７７．８％）。并对典型胃炎样早期胃癌的诊断以及如佑提高此型早期胃癌的检出率等进行了分析探讨
