2010年是我国提出西部大开发伟大战略的第十个年头,2010年5月20日中央召开了新疆工作会议,决定设立喀什经济特区,这不仅标志着国家对西部少数民族地区政策由“稳定压倒一切”向“稳定与发展并举”的战略转变,也为西部地区从大开发到大开放奠定了基础。本文从喀什经济特区建立的意义和策略对经济特区的前景做出展望。
