Objective: To observe the clinical effect of intravenous catheter in neonatal care. Methods: A total of 1323 newborns treated in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2015 were selected. The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group for control study. The routine intravenous injection and venous indwelling Needle effect. Results: The success rate of one-time puncture and the satisfaction of family members in the observation group were 92.5% and 95.6%, respectively, which were significantly higher than 79.8% and 83.3% in the control group. In the observation group, the blocking rate The incidence of complications and complication rates were 7.5% and 7.1%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (20.2% and 11.8%, respectively), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The intravenous indwelling needle has a significant clinical value in neonatal care, which can significantly improve the success rate and satisfaction of one-time puncture, and has a significant effect on reducing the occurrence of occlusion and the occurrence of complications.
