目的:探究全髋关节置换术采用综合护理干预对预防术中压疮的影响。方法:搜集本院骨科2013年2月-2015年2月行全髋关节置换术的84例病患作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为两组,参照组给予常规压疮护理,研究组给予综合护理干预,分析最终的护理效果。结果:1)研究组病患术毕、术后1d、术后3d压疮的发生率4.5%、6.8%、2.3%显著低于参照组的22.5%、27.5%、17.5%,X2=5.94、6.63、5.64,P<0.05;2)研究组病患的满意度95.5%显著高于参照组的77.5%,X2=5.94,P<0.05。结论:全髋关节置换术采用综合护理干预可以降低术中压疮的发生率,提高病患的满意度,临床效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of intraoperative pressure ulcers in total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Eighty-four patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The reference group was given routine pressure ulcer care. The study group was given Comprehensive nursing intervention, analysis of the ultimate effect of nursing. Results: 1) The incidence rates of pressure ulcers in the study group were 4.5%, 6.8% and 2.3% at 1 day and 3 days after operation respectively, significantly lower than those in the reference group (22.5%, 27.5% and 17.5%, X2 = 5.94, 6.63, 5.64, P <0.05; 2) The satisfaction rate of 95.5% in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (77.5%, X2 = 5.94, P <0.05). Conclusion: Total hip arthroplasty with comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcers, improve patient satisfaction, the clinical effect is significant.
