检测肿瘤雌激素受体(ER)有助于评价乳腺癌的疗效和预后。过去曾用葡聚糖包裹活性炭法(DCC)等测定,但存在费用大及各实验室之间数据差异,更重要的是不能正确预测40~50%ER阳性病例和5~10%ER 阴性病例对内分泌治疗的反应。抗雌激素McAb 问世,为测定ER 开辟了新途径,并为在细胞水平检查受体定位带来希望.本文选择经病理检验证实为原发性乳腺癌的225份标本,用抗ERs 的McAb 以免疫组化(ICA)法检验,对同一肿瘤用DCC 测胞浆受体含量,用酶免疫法(EIA)检验其中108份胞浆受体和100份胞核受体。
Detection of tumor estrogen receptor (ER) helps evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of breast cancer.
