《药物配合变化》一书由总论和各论两大部分组成。书中叙述了286种药物的配合变化,内容实用。本书以条文方式编写,结构紧凑,文字简洁。粗读之后,感到本书还有一些值得商榷之处,现从爱护本书出发提出来与编者、读者共同探讨。一、论述欠妥之处 1.9页在“常见的液体药物的配合变化”之一分层中说,“……当改变溶媒的性质时发生混浊或液体呈现分层”。但所举在水合氯醛的醇性溶液和芳香水中加入一定量溶解度大的电解质时分别发生混浊和析出油层的例子欠妥,因上述溶媒性质未变,其发生混浊和分层乃是加入溶质所致。 2.60页吗啡项下1“本品为其盐酸盐……如溶液的pH超过6.0,吗啡即沉淀出。”因pH_p与溶液浓度有关,故此处“溶液”应具体指明浓度。 3.79页麻黄碱项下3“本品与氨茶碱……配合使用,疗效增强。”但据载二者相互增加作用易致中毒:其毒性可增1～3倍,故不主张合用。
