党的十一届三中全会以来,湖北省仙桃市财政局坚持生产观点,群众观点,效益观点,努力探索财政由“收支管理型”向“经营管理型”转变的新途径,实现了经济与财政的相互促进,共同发展,市财政连年做到收支平衡、略有结余。10年中,工农业总产值由4.9亿元增加到25亿元,财政收入由2800万元增加到9021万元,分别增长4倍和2.2倍。
