1983年,中国第一家政府人才交流机构成立,20多年来,广东省人力资源服务业从无到有,已经形成人力资源服务产业,在全国人力资源服务业中占据重要地位,行业发展速度居国内领先地位,成为吸引国内外人力资源服务机构落户的首要目的地。随着《珠三角改革发展规划纲要》的全面实施和广佛肇、深莞惠同城化的加速推进,加强政策扶持,促进人力资源服务业升级发展,已成为当务之急。
