江津市四面山镇的林海村,160多户人分散居住在海拔1200多米、方圆45平方公里的林区,田土不到200亩。以往,交通不便,远离市镇,日子过得艰难。八十年代后期,村党支部抓住四面山风景区开发的契机,组织群众狠抓旅游业、办好林业、发展山区种养殖业,形成三大支柱产业。村级经济迅速发展,群众生活极大改善,1994年人平纯收入达4500元。村里还建起小学三所、电视接收站两个。在镇党委的帮助下,林海村的旅游业管理有方,秩序井然。尽管这里是川黔交界处,但治安情况是很好的。党支部多次被评为先进支部。图为林海村党支部书记穆光发(中),副书记、村委主任唐文贵(右),组织委员王显江(左)正在研究进一步加强旅游业管理问题。
