一些地方农村党员参加党内正常活动要求计取报酬的现象较为突出。对此问题,我们在与巴中市化成镇的17个农村党支部的165名不同层次、不同职业的党员和6个村32名各阶层非党人士进行座谈,78%的党员认为参加活动应该有偿,13%的党员认为不能有偿,9%的党员认为可有可无;58%的非党人士认为应该有偿,24%的非党人士认为不能有偿,18%的非党人士认为无所谓。党员活动有偿化形式主要体现为发放实物、抵减义务工、经费补贴等。一些地方党内活动实行有偿化过
In some localities, the phenomenon that rural party members have to pay for remuneration for their normal activities in the party is quite prominent. To this end, we held informal discussions with 165 non-Party members from 165 different walks of life in all 17 rural branches in Huacheng Town, Bazhong City, and 32 non-Party members from all walks of life in six villages. 78% of the party members thought that participating in activities should Only 13% of the party members think they can not pay, 9% of the party members think it is dispensable, 58% of non-party people think that they should be paid, 24% of non-party people think they can not pay, and 18% of non-party people think it does not matter.
