目的:研究黄芪注射液联合骨髓间充质干细胞对心梗模型大鼠在IL-3、IL-6、Caspase-3以及VEGF表达的影响。方法:采用结扎左冠脉法造心梗模型大鼠,造模成功后,干细胞组在心尖部注射骨髓间充质干细胞,黄芪组注射黄芪注射液,以及联合干预大鼠模型,对比各组实验动物在IL-3、IL-6、Caspase-3以及VEGF表达的影响。结果:ELISA检测血清IL-3,正常组较模型组高表达,黄芪组及黄芪联合BMSCs组较模型组表达升高(P<0.05);IL-6检测结果为正常组较模型组低表达,黄芪组以及黄芪联合BMSCs组表达低于模型组(P<0.05);Caspase-3的结果为正常组较模型组低表达,黄芪组以及黄芪联合BMSCs组表达低于模型组(P<0.05);VEGF检测结果,正常组与模型组比较低表达,黄芪组及黄芪联合BMSCs组与模型组比较表达升高(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液对心梗模型大鼠IL-3、VEGF促进表达作用较突出,黄芪注射液联合BMSCs在Caspase-3、IL-6抑制表达作用较明显。
Objective: To study the effects of astragalus injection combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the expression of IL-3, IL-6, Caspase-3 and VEGF in myocardial infarction model rats. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction was established by ligation of the left coronary artery. After the successful establishment of the model, the stem cells were injected into the apical part of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, the Astragalus injection of astragalus and the rat model of intervention, Effects of animal expression on IL-3, IL-6, Caspase-3 and VEGF. Results: Compared with model group, the expression of IL-3 in serum was higher in the normal group than in the model group (P <0.05); The expression of IL-6 in the normal group was lower than that in the model group Astragalus group and Astragalus combined with BMSCs group were lower than those in model group (P <0.05). Caspase-3 expression was lower in normal group than in model group and lower in astragalus group and astragalus combined with BMSCs group than in model group (P <0.05). Compared with the model group, the expression of VEGF in the normal group and the astragalus group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Astragalus injection can promote the expression of IL-3 and VEGF in myocardial infarction model rats, and Astragalus injection combined with BMSCs can inhibit the expression of Caspase-3 and IL-6 significantly.
