曲面形状拉深件包括球面形零件、抛物面形零件和锥形面零件等。这些曲面零件在铝制品生产中是很重要的。如炒锅、勺类等是属于球面形拉深件;铝盆、水舀等是属于锥形面拉深件。它们的成形是在双动拉深压力机上通过拉深模具拉深成形的。一般拉深模具是由四部分组成的,即压边圈、冲头、凹模和托板,如图1所示。在拉深成形过程中,影响生产最严重的问题,是拉深件的侧壁起皱和危险断面的破裂。
Surface shape drawing parts include spherical parts, parabolic parts and tapered surface parts. These surface parts are very important in the production of aluminum products. Such as wok, spoon and so on are spherical-shaped pieces of drawing; aluminum basin, water scoop and other belong to the conical surface drawing. They are formed in a double-acting deep-drawing press by drawing die deep forming. General drawing mold is composed of four parts, namely blank holder, punch, die and pallet, shown in Figure 1. In the drawing process, the most serious problems affecting production are the wrinkling of the side wall of the drawn part and the rupture of the dangerous cross-section.
