本文主要论述多倍体甜菜育种中四倍体获得的方法及多倍体甜菜杂种的培育。诱变方法以秋水仙碱浸种效果最好,但为了加强浸种效果须结合滴幼苗生长点。诱变材料要给以良好的生育条件,诱变材料必须连续提纯三代使四倍体稳定下来。诱变材料的选择以自育的优良二倍体材料为好。多倍体杂种的培育,首先作亲本一般组合能力,而后测定专一组合能力,最后确定优良亲本。
