农民党员是农村党建工作的主体,是党在农村的基础,是农村党组织的“干细胞”。与群众零距离的农民党员,更是带领广大农民建设小康社会的主力军,是新型城镇化建设的中坚力量,其发展直接关系到国家各项方针、政策在基层的实施效果。然而由于存在农村所处的地理环境、人口流动的冲击等一系列现实问题,致使农村党建工作的开展困难重重。
Peasant party members are the mainstay of party building in rural areas, the party’s foundation in rural areas, and the “stem cell” of rural party organizations. The Peasant Party members who are at a zero distance from the masses are the main force that leads the vast numbers of peasants in building a moderately prosperous society and are the backbone of the new type of urbanization. Its development has a direct bearing on the implementation effect of various national guidelines and policies at the grassroots level. However, due to the existence of the geographical environment in which the rural areas are located and the impact of the population mobility, a series of practical problems have caused the party building in rural areas to carry out difficult tasks.
