异步轧制理论是从分析单辊驱动下的轧制状况开始的。Sachs等人在解Karman方程式时,对剪力的影响完全忽略不计。为了满足辊缝内轧板上力矩的平衡,Holbrook等人提出压差模型,分析热态单辊驱动轧制。但尚缺乏有关力矩平衡的塑性力学的合理性。基于上述情况,本文以轧板上的剪切压缩滑移线场解为基础,进行轧制理论的分析;对轧辊差速比对轧制特性的影响的实验结果进行理论阐述;并将实验值与计算值进行了比较。
