Fifty-five women volunteered for cycle control and drug resistance studies of new low-dose oral contraceptives. They received gestodene 75 μg / ethinyl estradiol 30 μg (minulet) orally for 42 consecutive days. 96% of women during the medication without breakthrough bleeding. 81% of women had no bleeding or breakthrough bleeding. The results of this study with the early use of other oral contraceptives
