目的:为了探讨蕈样肉芽肿(MF)淋巴细胞亲表皮机制。方法:对9例MF皮损中细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及白细胞功能相关抗原-1(LFA-1)的表达进行了检测。结果:ICAM-1和LFA-1表达与MF临床分期无关,角朊细胞ICAM-1表达强度与真皮内淋巴细胞LFA-1表达强度呈显著正相关(r’s=0.878,P<0.005)。结论:提示MF的淋巴细胞亲表皮性与ICAM-1/LFA-1依赖性机制有关。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of pro-epidermal growth of mycosis fungoides (MF) lymphocytes. Methods: The expressions of intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 (ICAM - 1) and leucocyte function associated antigen - 1 (LFA - 1) in 9 cases of MF lesions were examined. Results: The expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 was not related to the clinical stage of MF. The expression of ICAM-1 in keratinocytes was positively correlated with the expression level of LFA-1 in dermal cells (r’s = 0.878, P <0.005 ). Conclusion: It is suggested that the pro-epidermal characteristics of lymphocytes of MF are related to the ICAM-1 / LFA-1-dependent mechanism.
