目的:通过发现病历管理质量存在的缺陷问题,提出并实施对应整改方案,提高医院的整体医疗质量管理水平。方法:随机抽取1 500份归档病历,进行检查,找到其中反映的质量缺陷问题。结果:在病历质量管理方面还存在诸多缺陷问题。结论:落实相关整该方案才能对病历管理质量和医院管理水平的提高有所助力。
Objective: To find out and implement the corresponding rectification program to improve the overall medical quality management level of the hospital by discovering the defects in the quality of medical record management. METHODS: 1 500 archived medical records were randomly selected for examination and the quality defects reported were found. Results: There are still many deficiencies in the quality management of medical records. Conclusion: The implementation of relevant programs can help improve the quality of medical record management and the level of hospital management.
