患者女,78岁,主诉逐渐消瘦伴所有手指受冷刺激后皮肤苍白、麻木,复温后遂变红约2个月.无服药和吸烟史,也不存在能提示结缔组织病的症状和体征.检查一般健康状况良好,无手指病患,末梢血管搏动均可及,无颈、肋或腕管病患的证据.其它临床检查均未见显著异常.实验室检查:碱性磷酸酶137IU(正常<92),乙型肝炎表面抗原、平滑肌、抗线粒体抗体、抗着丝点抗体、冷球蛋白、冷凝集索、类风湿因子及梅毒筛查试验等均
Female patient, 78 years old, complained of gradual weight loss with all fingers cold stimulated skin pale, numbness, reddening then turn red about 2 months without medication and smoking history, there is no suggestion of connective tissue disease symptoms and signs . Check the general good health, no finger patients, peripheral vascular beats are available, no evidence of neck, rib or carpal tunnel disease.No other significant abnormalities in clinical examination.Laboratory tests: alkaline phosphatase 137IU ( Normal <92), hepatitis B surface antigen, smooth muscle, anti-mitochondrial antibodies, anti-centromere antibodies, cryoglobulins, condensation set cable, rheumatoid factor and syphilis screening tests Dengjun
