本文以二甲酚橙(XO)为显色剂,在pH3.7时与Al~(3+)形成的络合物,于波长550nm处以72型分光光度计进行测定。本文基于前人试验,重新作了波长及pH值的选择;加热显色时间及显色后放置时间的影响;有关显色剂、缓冲液等用量及共存离子的影响,并以黑泥、白泥标样绘制工作曲线,使本法扩大应用于炉渣、水泥等物料中0.3—37%氧化铝的测定。分析步骤及结果对照称取0.0500—0.2000克试样(使二氧化硅含量不超过400微克)置于预先加有2克混合熔剂(碳酸钠∶硼酸=1∶1)的铂坩埚中,再加0.5克熔剂,于900—950℃高温炉中熔融10分钟,取出坩埚稍冷,放入盛有近沸的100毫升混合酸(HCl∶H_2SO_4∶H_2O=10∶5∶85)的烧
